“We did an overnight stay and attended the Tina Turner Tribute event. We had a lovely time at the Spa which was an additional £20pp for 2 hours and is worth it. We enjoyed cocktails in the jaccuzi outside as the weather was lovely. Our room was nice and clean, the bed comfortable. We love that bottled water is provided in the rooms. The water pressure wasn’t great for the shower. Breakfast was ample and a good variety. Food at the tribute night was lovely and the entertainment was fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay”

“Myself & partner booked the dinner, bed & breakfast deal. We added on an extra 25 minute spa treatment. The spa was beautiful staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were relaxed the moment we walked through the doors. Thermal suite was quite busy, however still a lovely calming atmosphere and we were able to use all the facilities in there. The spa lounge was ace and we loved the outdoor spa deck, which we had to ourself for about an hour, hot tub out there was brilliant, as were the delicious cocktails We both had a scalp massage and the therapists were brilliant, friendly and attentive. It was bliss. The relaxation room after the treatment was a lovely touch, herbal teas and water is included. We lay down in here for a bit then headed back out to the outdoor spa deck before we could check into our room at 3pm. Check in was easy and staff explained everything. We made our dinner and breakfast reservation here for the restaurant. The room was lovely, very clean and the bed was a great size and very comfortable. We had to open the window overnight as we were quite warm and the window was quite creaky whilst open, however i managed to still sleep OK. There were tea and coffee facilities in the room and we also had a bottle of prosecco. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the staff in the restaurant were also very welcoming and attentive. There was a mix up at dinner and we were given a bill, however when we explained we had booked the dinner, bed and breakfast deal this was quickly resolved with no issues at all. All in all we would definitely come back here as we had a lovely day/night away.”

“A very well run hotel Easy to book and friendly and efficient checkin and checkout procedures. All staff are friendly and made us feel special. Room are large, well maintained and comfortable. Just some very minor things that could improve - more clothes hangers and a couple of coat hooks for storing clothes. More comfortable chairs Very good wifi provision”
